To inspire hope and contribute to the health and well-being of children and individuals living with chronic pain by providing a care model of health promotion and knowledge sharing partnerships through a family centred, awareness and education resource network.
It is important to find the right peer support network that works best for you. While this is so important to mental health associated to living with chronic pain, there is evidence that suggests that individuals participating in and receiving peer support experience fewer hospitalizations and fewer visits to the emergency rooms. Through blogs, Facebook, Pinterest and other web-based forums, you can find condition specific groups that you may like to become involved in. Please let us know how we can help you to find a support network in your community.
We are here to support you in your child's chronic pain care needs. Whether it is a listening ear, sourcing a pain team or providing useful tools for managing family life, we want to help. Call or email.
