Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that all Conference Registration fees, any Social Event fees, are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions below:

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 26th for a full refund, less a CAD $25.00 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Cancellation Notification & Refunds

Cancellation notifications received by October 26th – A refund will be granted less a CAD $25.00 plus tax administration fee per registration.

Cancellation notifications received after October 26th are 100% non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than December 1st.

Conference Companion Policy

The ILC has received many requests to bring a companion (family member or aide) to the conference at no charge. We understand that it is difficult for patients to travel and attend these meetings and for that reason we go to the added expense of video taping all presentations and publishing them on our website free of charge.  In addition, the conference price that we charge patients has been discounted well below the cost for hosting this medical professional and patient conference. In past years, the price we charge patients has been even below our actual catering costs and we fundraise to keep the costs to you down. For these reasons, our policy is that anyone attending the conference must pay the fee.
